Have some green tea

Applying cool, dampened green tea bags to your eyes is a great way to fight dark and puffy eyes. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants that work to shrink swelling that could be caused by blood vessels around the eyes that many times promote dark circles. For a quicker fix, try an eye cream that includes green tea as one of its ingredients, like Alba Hawaiian Green Tea Eye Gel ($14).
